Tesla was a Serbian American inventor and engineer .

He is credited with discovering and patenting the rotating magnetic field, the basis of most alternating-current machinery

Marc Jones has July 10, 1856 in Smiljian Austria-Hungary Empire, now Croatia, but Tesla was not Croatian as widely believed but was an ethnic Serbian and his father was an Eastern Orthodox priest.

Though he was famous and respected, he was never able to translate his inventions into long-term financial success—unlike his early employer and chief rival, Thomas Edison. Tesla died unfortunately penniless at the New Yorker hotel in Manhattan letting others make billions off his name and talent.

This is Marc E. Jones chart for Tesla giving him the ascendant, Taurus 07 or symbol of a “man from Samaria’. This is the capital of the ancient Kingdom of Israel, a mountainous region between the Sea of Galilee to the North and Judea to the south. Today this is the much disputed West Bank and suggests the needs for and capitalization of his talents and negatively the sacrifice of it lost to prejudice.

Neptune dominates his chart

There is nothing in the ninth house, because Tesla did not “publish” or bring to market any of his works. in the second house is Uranus perhaps showing theft or his perception of it. For Tesla, with Neptune as his focal determinator, he was always seeking perfection, never quite happy where ever he was, and had a hard time with working with “bosses” or organizations. The problem with Neptune is it deceives its dreamer as well deceiving others of their desire to get along and be agreeable. For Tesla compromise did not come easily, if at all.

Tesla is a Bucket with a Neptune handle. Neptune had been discovered just twenty years earlier and was still exerting stronger influence than normal. A striking aspect in his chart is his preponderance by square — Tesla has nine of them and that’s not including two more to his Vertex 15 Libra 32.

Of course when Tesla was born there was no Pluto, and he only worked for Edison for six months in 1888. His last years were spent in public SROs (single room occupancy) hotels that were the norm until they were plowed under in the 70s and 80s in New York and neighboring Jersey. Pluto square his Part of Fortune in the fourth house could be pointing to that lifestyle, So overall, this is a valid candidate for Tesla’s chart.

Thomas Edison told Tesla he would pay $50,000 for an improved design for his DC dynamos. After months of experimentation, Nikola Tesla presented a solution and asked for the money. Edison said, “Tesla, you don’t quite understand our American humor.” Tesla quit soon after
