The original debut of the website was as a Sabian Assembly membership only newsletter where I discussed the nursery rhyme for Guy Fawkes Day. I looked for astrological clues about why the famous Gunpowder Plot went awry. The film V for Vendetta brought the old poem back to mind.
Reception was mixed, but Martha Rose Rhine, the only living member of the Assembly who was a friend of Dr. Jones and his family recommended it as student projects. She said such projects are “self-bestowed” and was highly impressed by the effort. She further recommended I make a website for it to get a larger audience. I followed her advice and the original Sabian Earth website was formed, on December 16, 2016. That was succeeded by this one, Celestiology, on November 5, 2019.
The other major article was M.K. Saladin’s discussion of what is the right birth chart for Reverend Martin Luther, the first chart in Marc Jones’s inaugural book, How to Learn Astrology. It has been a puzzle for a long time, and many attempted deciphering it. It took us even with modern ephemeris, but no computer software, a while to decipher, but finally it was Mo Saladin who cracked it.

Guy Fawkes and the Gunpowder Plot poem
Remember, remember the Fifth of November,
Remember, Remember the Fifth of November
The Gunpowder Treason and Plot,
I know of no reason
Why the Gunpowder Treason
Should ever be forgot.
Guy Fawkes, Guy Fawkes, t’was his intent
To blow up the King and Parli’ment.
Three-score barrels of powder below
To prove old England’s overthrow;
By God’s providence, he was catch’d
With a dark lantern and a burning match.
Holla boys, Holla boys, make the bells ring.
Holloa boys, holloa boys, God save the King!
Hip hip hooray
