Representative Wilson was born on November 5, 1942 in Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida to first generation parents of Bahamian immigrants. She and her late husband, Paul, have three children, Paul, Lakesha and Nicole.
She graduated with a bachelor of arts from Fisk University, historically an all-black university in Nashville, Tennessee that is also the alma mater of New York Yankee, Derek Jeter, gospel singer, Mahalia Jackson, and Washington D.C. major, Marion Barry, Booker T. Washington and WEB DuBois. She continued her education at University of Miami for a master of arts degree, speciality unknown.
There is no time for Mrs. Wilson but we are advocating this chart based on the known facts of her life.

Legislatively
She introduced in July 2020, H.R. 6707 bill legislating Masks for all, a house bill supporting Senator Bernie Sanders of Vermont’s Senate bill, requiring the federal government to use all available authorities, including the Defense Production Act, to eliminate all shortages of face masks, surgical masks, and N-95 respirators and distribute masks to the public as soon as possible.
She has ardently pushes the remove the ban restricting the use of head coverings during the Congressional session, which dates from 1837. Outside of Congress, she is never seen without one raising the suspicion that she is Muslim, though she has never openly stated her religion.

- Mrs. Wilson is a southern-biased bowl without a rim opposition.
- The green arrow shows how it is missing from an intercepted eleventh house in Sagittarius. It is interesting that her bowl ends in an interception in Gemini in the fifth, showing her rather detached attitude towards child raising that has probably been problematic between her and them.
- It also though highlights her colourful dress which for Mrs. Wilson is her form of self-expression and creativity. It is notable, like the Queen of England, Elizabeth II, she dresses monochromatically.
- That her bowl does not lie on Cardinal points highlights that she very suggestive, much more than she would admit, to other people’s influences.
- She has Pluto in the Seventh House making her a spokeswoman for other people and opportunities. This is a good placement for a politician and does show that her husband was very much the family anchor.
- Frederica has Neptune in the eighth house of Virgo, showing how her money was derived through other’s efforts.
- This placement works as her husband Paul Wilson was an investment banker who left her and their 3 children $2 million dollars. He died from pancreatic cancer, ruled by the finicky Virgo, in 1988 after 25 years of marriage.
- Mrs. Wilson’s Mercury in Libra, along with her three house preponderance in Libra, suggests her interest in politics in the ninth house stemming from her spiritual beliefs of a racially biased America (Neptune on the cusp, with the Moon conjunct spanning the ninth house cusp).
- Her first preponderance is in the tenth house with Scorpio, a fixed sign, showing how she represents herself as a strong woman in Congress.
- She has a preponderance of squares in chart, showing how she likes to argue and show-off believing that she is is on the right side of every argument. This aspect does not take correction well.
Notable Degrees
- Moon is 9 Scorpio.
- This degree often shows some sorrow in the native’s life, and indeed her husband’s death seems to have been quite a blow and changed her life significantly.
- Her ascendant at 19 Capricorn 00 suggests, a little girl going to market with a big shopping bag, highlighting her capacity to take on larger than life issues capably with great assuredness. It has the symbol of FUTURITY, and the desire to see what is ahead of her instead of behind.
- Her midheaven 05 Scorpio, is another degree of confidence and self-aplomb as here is shows someone who faces the furies of the sea and does not stand down.
Her various lines
Her Line of Vitality, or the aspect between the two luminaries, semisextile, showing she has good health and makes money easily.
Her Line of Efficiency, the aspect between Venus and Mars, is conjunct, giving her strong passions and indefatigible spirit.
Her Line of Motivation, the aspect between Jupiter and Saturn, is absent.
The Line of Culture, the aspect between Uranus and Neptune, trine, showing how she prides herself in keeping in touch with her constituency and their viewpoints. Thus despite her 78 years, we see that she will representing her district for a while to come.
